Cost factors
What changes the price of a stand
Eight things decide most of the cost. Your free 3D design shows where the money goes.
Size and open sides
Price scales with floor area. Corner, peninsula and island plots need finished walls on more sides.
Height and double-decker
Upper decks need structural calculations, two staircases and venue approval, which adds engineering and build time.
Materials and joinery
Painted joinery, laminates, metal and premium timber all price differently. Modular aluminium can be reused.
Graphics and printing
Fabric SEG, backlit lightboxes, vinyl and 3D lettering. One continuous print usually costs less than many small panels.
AV, LED and lighting
Screens, LED walls and feature lighting are the biggest optional items after the structure itself.
Timing
Six to eight weeks before build-up is comfortable. Below four weeks, rush print and overtime start to cost money.
Venue and organiser charges
Space rental, design review or permit fees, mains power and rigging are ordered through the organiser and billed separately.
Reuse across shows
Storing and reusing a modular frame or graphics lowers the cost of every following show.

Six ways to keep your stand cost down
- Book six to eight weeks ahead so print and fabrication run at normal speed.
- Ask for one continuous back-wall graphic instead of several separate panels.
- Exhibiting three or more times a year? A modular or Maxima system costs less per show.
- Keep your shell scheme graphics; many can be reused at the next show.
- Choose open sides deliberately: a corner costs more but can double your frontage.
- Send the exhibitor manual early so approvals never need rushed changes.

A branded shell scheme booth starts from AED 650 for a standard 3 × 3 m space, AED 1,100 for a 3 × 3 m corner and AED 2,200 for a branded 3 × 6 m stand. Custom built stands are usually AED 1,200–2,000 per sqm, and premium or double-decker stands AED 2,500–3,500 per sqm.
Is there a minimum order for shell scheme booths?

What is included in a custom stand price per sqm?
Design, fabrication in our workshop, graphics, standard lighting, installation and dismantling. Furniture, AV screens, storage rooms and special finishes depend on the design and are itemised in your quote.
What costs are paid to the venue or organiser?
Space rental, stand design review or permit fees, mains power, rigging points and some cleaning or late-working charges are ordered through the organiser or venue. We list them in your plan so nothing is a surprise.
Why do modular stands not have a fixed price per sqm?
A modular or Maxima stand is priced on the system, the graphics and how many shows it will be reused for. Its main saving comes over a season, so we quote it per project. See modular exhibition stands.
