Who we are

Information you send us
When you use an enquiry form we receive the details you type in: name, company, email, phone, the exhibition, venue, stand size, dates and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a design and quote. Forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the message on our behalf.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, the conversation is handled through those services under their own terms.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. It sets cookies and collects anonymised usage data such as device type and approximate location. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond, quote and deliver a project, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and deliver your project, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@orangefairs.com.
