Most event agencies subcontract the physical build. We do not — the workshop that fabricates our exhibition stands builds the stages, sets, backdrops and branding for our events too. An event management company plans and delivers the whole event: sourcing and booking the venue, designing the set and branding, arranging AV and lighting, managing registration and guests, coordinating suppliers, and running the event on the day. Orange Fairs additionally fabricates stages, sets and branding in its own workshop rather than subcontracting the build.

Yes. Orange Fairs began as an exhibition stand contractor and extended into corporate events, so both are delivered by the same design and production team. Clients often run an exhibition presence and a customer event in the same week, and we manage both under one project.
For a straightforward corporate event, six to eight weeks is comfortable. For a large conference with custom set build, venue competition or peak-season dates, three months or more is safer. We can work to shorter timelines, but options narrow and costs rise.
