A visitor walking a crowded exhibition hall decides in roughly three seconds whether to approach your stand. That decision is made almost entirely on graphics: what the headline says, whether it is legible from six metres, whether the brand looks credible, and whether the lighting makes it pop or makes it flat.

Most of our print output ends up on our own builds — shell scheme booths, custom stands, modular systems, retail kiosks and gondola displays. But we also produce graphics as a standalone service for exhibitors whose stand is being built by someone else, and for corporate events, showrooms and retail fit-outs.
Large-format print is not instant. Backlit and fabric panels in particular need production time, and a rushed reprint on the eve of build-up is expensive. We ask for final approved artwork 10 to 14 days before build-up for a standard stand. If you are late, tell us early — there is almost always a workaround, but only if we know. Exhibiting soon? We can work from finished print-ready artwork supplied by your team, adapt existing brand assets into panel-sized layouts, or design the stand graphics from scratch based on your brand guidelines. Most clients fall in the middle: they supply logos, imagery and messaging, and we lay it out to the stand.
Vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) with fonts outlined is ideal, especially for logos and lettering. Photographic imagery should be high resolution, ideally 150 dpi at final print size. If you are unsure whether your files are suitable, send them over and we will check them before quoting.
Standard vinyl and panel printing typically takes 3 to 5 working days once artwork is approved. Backlit lightboxes and tension fabric panels take longer. We recommend final approved artwork 10 to 14 days before build-up so there is room for checking and reprints if needed.
Yes. We produce exhibition graphics as a standalone service. We will need the panel dimensions and fixing details from your stand contractor to ensure the graphics fit correctly on installation.
